This document describes how to set up Buy.com integration within Linnworks. Here can find information about what functions Linnworks can perform while working with Buy.com and how to configure this channel.
Setting up the Buy.com integration
The Buy.com integration allows the system to:
To setup the Buy.com integration go to: Settings -> Channel integration. From this screen you can add, delete and modify selling channels that you wish Linnworks works to integrate with.
Click the Add new channel button on the right of the screen to bring up the new channel selection screen. Click the “Integrate” button next to the Buy.com Channel.
You will then be presented with the Buy.com Account integration screen
Click the Test button to test the integration, an error message will appear if anything is wrong with the details that have been entered. If OK you will be prompted with an all ok prompt.
Click save to add this channel to the list of your channels.
Configuring Buy.com Integration
Enabled – This enables the channel for order synchronisation
Inventory Sync – This enables the channel for inventory synchronisation.
Mark as Despatched – When you process an order this enables sending of despatch notifications back to Buy.com
Inventory Update from Location – This enables you to sync stock from only one location; this may be required if stock is only available in one location or if orders are fulfilled from a different warehouse.
Shipping mapping allows you to map the shipping id’s from Buy.com to the relevant methods in Linnworks.
Select from the drop down in the Linnworks service column the relevant Linnworks service and then save. All new orders downloaded will be assigned to the selected Linnworks service.
