Creating new product listings

In the situation when the product description doesn’t already exist on Amazon, LinnLive facilitates with creating a new listing. To create a new product listing on Amazon, create the Amazon Configurator first, which will define which category, subcategory and browse node the product will be posted to and attribute defaults and mapping to Extended Properties.

• Go to Listings screen
• Find the products you want to list on Amazon
• Right click on the Amazon channel > Create Listings > select the configurator you want to use for listing the product

• This will bring up a new screen listing all selected products. Here you can confirm the pricing, titles and descriptions are correct, make necessary adjustments and verify that all the attributes are validated and correctly filled.
• You can submit the listing for immediate creation (may take up to 15 minutes to respond) by clicking Create operation;
• or Inverse Selection to select all listings and Process Selected to add all to a batch listing

If there were any errors creating the listing, the status of the submission will be highlighted in red. Click on the View Report to see the error list.
