- Tracking Import and Process Macro: Import tracking numbers and shipping services from Dropbox or SFTP and assign them to open Linnworks orders.
- Low Stock Notification Macro: Low stock? No problem. This macro allows you to email a CSV report with items from the Linnworks My Inventory screen that have low stock levels. This helps you proactively manage
Process Orders Macro: Process large batches of orders via this macro, which integrates with the Linnworks Rules Engine.

Updates to Shipping
Alongside adding ShipBae (scroll up to our ecosystem update), we’ve added:
Speed improvements: Print Royal Mail labels 30% faster
Experience faster label printing with our enhanced Royal Mail integration. You can now generate labels up to 30% quicker when requesting new tracking ranges.
Enhancements for DHL Express
DHL Express have added new signature options including ‘Adult Signature’, ‘Delivery Signature’ and ‘Direct Signature’. Find out more here. Additionally, a new service option called ‘Neutral Delivery’ has been added, which allows you to hide the shipment value from the receiver. Find out more here.
Updates to Order Management
Three small updates to help you stay on top of your orders
- Order Scanning Sound: You now have an option to enable a sound in the Despatch Console when an order is successfully processed and a different sound for when there is an error. Find out more here.
- Save time with a new button: Edit, Save and Close: The new “Edit, Save & Close” button allows you to save and close an order with a single click, eliminating the need for two separate clicks. Find out more here.
- Change processed order status: You can now change the status of processed orders to Paid or Unpaid. Find out more about this feature along with other important aftersale order actions here.
