Customisable Default Minimum Level

You can now have more flexibility when creating new stock items by setting a custom default minimum level. When you create new stock items without specifying a minimum level, Linnworks will automatically apply your default value. Find out more here.

Channels

eBay GPSR

Live

The European Union’s updated General Product Safety Regulation takes effect on December 13th, 2024. This change requires adding GPSR information to eBay listings, helping to ensure product safety and compliance across EU markets. 
Importing the required product data and revising your eBay listing templates with GPSR information is now possible. Please note, GPSR information is conditionally required for products shipped or sold in EU-based countries and Northern Ireland. Check out more details here.

Closed Beta

Process Orders Macro

Live

This macro runs as an action within the Rules Engine, allowing you to process orders in large batches. This macro is now available to install from the Linnworks app store. Please note, this macro has a monthly subscription fee. Find out more here.

ShipBae

Live

ShipBae streamlines order fulfillment with centralized control and competitive rates for domestic and international shipping to 180+ countries. With this new integration, Linnworks can retrieve order shipping and tracking information directly from ShipBae. The ShipBae app is now available to install from the Linnworks app store. Walmart API upgrade

Live

Walmart has launched Product Type Groups and Product Types aimed to improve content quality during item setup and listings. Linnworks now supports this API upgrade and Walmart sellers can benefit from how Walmart have restructured their category and attribute set up for listings.

Stock Forecasting

Calculation Updates

We’ve enhanced our stock forecasting calculation to provide more accurate reorder quantities by considering consumption patterns throughout the entire lead time period. DHL Express Signature Additions

Live

DHL Express have added new signature options including ‘Adult Signature’, ‘Delivery Signature’ and ‘Direct Signature’. Find out more here. Additionally, a new service option called ‘Neutral Delivery’ has been added, which allows you to hide the shipment value from the receiver. Find out more here.
